In Session

What a session looks like.

CEA isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Your coaching should reflect you, your horse, your discipline, your goals, and where you are in your competitive journey.

In our 1:1 sessions, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment that also challenges you to grow. We'll identify what is getting in the way of your performance, clarify what you want to accomplish, and create practical strategies you can take directly into your rides and competitions.

Depending on your goals, sessions might include developing a pre-show routine, working through a recent run, creating process goals for an upcoming show, practicing visualization, identifying unhelpful self-talk, rebuilding confidence after an injury or mistake, or developing a plan for responding when things don't go as expected.

Over time, my goal is for you to need the tools more than you need the coach.

Coming as CEA Grows

As CEA grows, services will expand to include barn and group performance programs, including team goal-setting, mental skills development, confidence building, show preparation, and performance workshops.
